Many life events impact on how you think, feel and behave and your 'normal' coping structure can fail if you are overwhelmed.
Events such as house moves, job/career changes, additions to the family, relationship problems and loss/bereavement can really affect how you face each day.
Sometimes things can get tough... a sense of isolation may set in and a general lack of control over things which have always been easy to manage, could become apparent. Your ability to cope is outweighed by the demands in your life.
